Senior Designer

Job Duties

• Driving concept development and impactful creative execution across branding, campaigns, and digital experiences
• Ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all outputs
• Presenting work to clients with confidence and responding positively to feedback
• Collaborating closely with designers, writers, strategists, and client teams
• Crafting brand identities, guidelines, brochures, signage, and more
• Turning briefs into visually compelling ideas and polished final designs
• Mentoring junior designers and helping shape a positive, inspiring work culture

Relevant Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a creative agency or a fast-paced in-house team
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• A strong portfolio of work consisting of supporting designs
• A balance of creative flair and commercial thinking

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a brilliant agency who have very exciting projects lined up this year. This is an office-based role, situated in Essex. Due to the location of the office, this role is commutable from Braintree, Great Dunmow, Colchester, Halstead, Kelvedon, Tiptree, Witham and Gosfield.
