Senior Designer

We have a fantastic opportunity for a multiskilled Senior Designer to join a multidisciplined branding communications agency based in London with a passion for financial services. They bring together creative, technical and industry experts to create powerful ideas that solve real business problems and deliver real results.

This position can be temp-to-perm or straight permanent and fully remote with occasional trips into London for meetings.Please note you will need to be UK based for this position.

About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a UK based experienced Senior Designer experienced working in the B2B sector, you'll collaborate with our Creative Director, Design Director, Project Managers, Programmers, Illustrators, and Animators to conceptualise and develop:

• User-centric websites
• Branding design
• Through-the-line advertising campaigns
• Mobile applications
• Social first posts
• Email design campaigns
• Digital banners
• Print related material

Responsibilities:
What we're seeking a Designer with a minimum of 5 years of agency experience, possessing a CV and portfolio that showcases:

• Creative thinking skilled in translating complex briefs into visually cohesive designs
• Strong brand comms skills - able to take a project from concept to production
• Holds a degree in graphic design or a related field
• Expert in Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch or Figma
• Understands UI/UX, responsive grids and design systems
• Detail-oriented with effective time management
• Collaborative team player
• Hands-on and practical approach
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Updated on visual design technologies and industry trends
• Experience in Motion, HTML Banner Animation, Illustration, and/or 3D Design a major plus
