What You’ll Do At Elekta:

The Senior Designer is responsible for providing creative design, while maintaining brand standards for global product literature, tradeshow graphics and other marketing and sales collateral.  

The selected candidate will manage the global printing process and ensure consistency and professionalism in printed materials. 

Responsibilities:

• Design and layout of global marketing communications material within the corporate guidelines including: printed sales collateral (brochures, leaflets, case studies, inc.), tradeshow graphics, event graphics, etc. 

• Design all corporate ad campaigns and logos, as needed. 

• Provide photoshop imagery for above projects, including advanced clipping paths, facial retouching, applying screen shots to computer monitors, up-resing photos for large format printing, etc. 

• Provide knowledgeable advice on reproduction and printing processes and managing the entire print process from sending files to the printer through the fulfilment set up. 

• Assist with design development for sales and corporate presentations (PPT and multimedia). 

• Assist with Elekta's internal marketing website which includes uploading new collateral and maintaining proper inventory levels. 

• Assist with OneDoc which includes uploading design files when a project is complete, as well as being a power user and providing second tier support to marketing users (first tier is Global Marketing Communications Manager). 

• Support regional design requests as time permits. 

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelors’ degree in Graphic Design or a related field of study. 

• Minimum of 5 years professional experience  in creative design working on a Mac platform with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign 

• Thorough knowledge of both offset and digital printing processes, including pre-press, pricing and specialty techniques. 

• Motion graphic skills with Adobe Creative software, such as Premiere, After Effects, and DVD compression knowledge a plus. 

• Must be able to travel if  (at least 15%).
