Description
As the Senior Designer within the team, you will take designs from concept stage all the way through to execution, across both print and digital campaigns. Expect to get involved in brainstorming sessions and work collaboratively, but also be able to take a creative brief from the client services team and run with it on your own. Creating rough ideas, scamps, loose mac visuals, all the way through to polished designs!

The work is broad and could be anything from an advertising campaign through to a re-brand or digital piece, and you’ll be managing and executing multiple projects at any one time.

Experience
You’ll be highly talented, passionate and curious about the latest creative trends and have a portfolio that shows off your diverse creative style. Able to work across a range of sectors and disciplines. A stellar portfolio full of creative flair, typographic beauty and an eye for colour and layout.

It goes without saying that you’ll have a strong creative head on your shoulders, able to brainstorm ideas and concepts, interpret clients and briefs, as well as strong mac skills. Alongside this, experience working across both print and digital media and any experience in video editing would be hugely beneficial (aftereffects and premier pro).

Remuneration
This Senior Designer position is paying between £37,000 - £42,000 for the right person and they offer benefits such as hybrid working and great training plans and progression.
