Senior Developer The role We are actively seeking a Senior Developer to take on a pivotal role in driving the development of key initiatives spanning CRM, service delivery, and SaaS solutions. This role is integral to our ongoing commitment to technology advancement and digital transformation. What youll be doing You will be responsible for the design, development, and maintenance of complex in-house developed software systems, working closely with a team of developers to ensure that the codebase is maintainable, scalable, and secure. The role requires strong experience in developing web applications using React, .NET Core, and SQL, as well as a deep understanding of software development principles. You will be expected to be able to troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in the application, with an eye for optimising the performance of the application, as well as driving innovation, maintaining best practices, and delivering high-quality software solutions on time and within budget. Where youll be working Ideally were looking for someone who can collaborate with our IT teams who are mostly based in Chester, where youd be expected to work 2-days per week and the rest from home. However, we would also consider applications from the right candidate further afield, where you would be able to join us remotely.
