Senior Developer - Blackpool (Hybrid) - Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong experience in REST APIs and JSON to join a forward-thinking team delivering cutting-edge solutions for a prestigious client. This is an initial 9-month Fixed-Term contract with a potential for extension.

The role is based in Blackpool (hybrid) at a salary of up to £60,000 + Excellent benefits package.

Senior Developer - Hybrid - Experience:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs.
• Work with JSON data structures for seamless data exchange between systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle.

Essential Experience:

• Proven experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong proficiency in working with JSON for data interchange.
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices and agile methodologies.
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
