Job Description - Senior Digital Account Manager

Role: Digital Account Manager

Salary: to £40k DOE

Location: Norwich city centre (Hybrid)

Digital Account Manager (Multi channel)

Our client is an award-winning digital agency based in Norwich city centre, supporting regional, national, and international clients for several decades. They work with a wide range of clients — from household brands to public companies. From the latest in e-commerce technologies to complex data integration projects, their clients rely on them to deliver solutions that are robust and scalable.

They are now recruiting a Digital Account Manager to join their expanding digital team. This is a hybrid role with three days per week in the Norwich office and two days remote. Working as part of the Client Services team as a Senior Account Managers on large projects as well as independently manage smaller digital projects.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in multi-channel marketing either inhouse or agency environment.
  • You are highly organised, able to juggle multiple tasks with a good sense of priority and urgency, and you have a keen eye for detail, consistency, and quality.
  • You are a positive team member, able to communicate effectively with developers, designers, and managers.
  • You are commercially minded and good at identifying opportunities within your accounts.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the agency and assigned clients.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and expectations across all marketing channels.
  • Translate client goals into actionable campaign briefs.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of multi-channel campaigns (e.g., paid search, social media, email etc.
  • Track and analyse campaign performance across all channels using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports and insights to clients.
  • Develop and grow your accounts, building strong relationships and developing them into loyal accounts.
  • Report support service status to the senior team and clients on a regular basis.
