Senior Digital Designer

Location: Harwell Campus, Oxfordshire
Salary: £39,000 - £44,000 DOE
Candidates must have the following skills, experience and qualifications to be considered:
* Relevant qualification in Digital Learning, Instructional Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Digital Media or equivalent industry experience
* Proven experience developing high-quality eLearning using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360
* Experience working with Learning Management Systems and SCORM packages
* Strong knowledge of digital accessibility standards including WCAG 2.2 AA
* Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Acrobat
* Excellent visual design skills with a strong digital learning portfolio
* Ability to develop engaging, learner-focused content from storyboards and learning specifications
* Experience testing, troubleshooting and deploying digital learning solutions
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
* Eligibility to obtain the level of UK Security Clearance required by client contracts
Desirable experience includes:
* Moodle, LearnUpon, LearnWorlds or other LMS platforms
* H5P, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or Bootstrap
* WordPress and Elementor
* Video, animation and audio production
* Mentoring or supporting junior developers
* Experience within Defence, Government, Public Sector or other regulated industries
You will receive:
* Salary of £39,000 - £44,000 DOE
