Job Description:
As a Digital Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences for their range of products and services.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers and marketers, you will help shape our user journeys and brand presence through outstanding design skills and thoughtful UX/UI techniques.

Responsibilities:
Produce exceptional visual designs for websites, applications, and digital campaigns, ensuring every design adheres to our brand guidelines
Collaborate with the development team to translate designs into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and refine user flows to enhance overall user experience
Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to test and gather user feedback
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to continually improve our digital products
Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and design sessions to ensure consistency and innovation across platforms

Requirements:
4+ years demonstrable experience as a Digital Designer, preferably with a focus on UX
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma
Agency Experience
Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices
Solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design, UX/UI, and digital projects
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
