WORKING HOURS: 09:30 – 18:00
WORK PATTERN: Full Time, Monday - Friday

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Digital Marketing Manager. This role will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our print and digital services. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and enhancing client satisfaction through strategic account management and outstanding service delivery. The candidate must have a strong network of contacts within the film/tv/streaming and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients. Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Developing and implementing strategic account plans to maximise revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Working with client stakeholders to develop innovative digital strategies that achieves their marketing goals. Working closely with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our print and digital creative services. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team, ensuring transparency and accountability. Participating in brainstorming sessions with the print and digital department. Keeping informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to offer innovative solutions to clients. Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitable engagements. Preparing and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective and existing clients. Addressing and resolving client issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
Experience/Knowledge/Education
5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, within the
film/tv/entertainment
industry. Proven track record of generating new business within the entertainment industry is
essential . A network of contacts within the industry is
essential . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
