West London
Up to £80,000 plus bonus

If you are an experienced Digital Marketing professional and want to be part of a legacy within the capital, this is the role for you.

You will be working for a well-known cultural landmark based in London.

Working with the wider marketing and communications team, your objective will be to establish the venue as a prominent destination and a worldwide platform for art, design, food and beverage, events, music, and entertainment.

As the Digital Marketing Lead you will play a crucial role in the marketing team, leading global paid digital marketing efforts. Your primary focus will be on creating and managing performance-driven digital media campaigns that enhance customer acquisition and engagement. You will translate our overall business strategy into an effective digital marketing plan, driving positive ROI growth from existing and new paid channels while implementing scalable processes to lead to growth and brand recognition.

Daily Activities:

Campaign Development : Design and implement performance marketing campaigns that align with Christie’s broader commercial and marketing objectives, effectively promoting the brand to targeted audiences.
Stakeholder Collaboration : Work with global marketing teams, department specialists, Product Development, Web Production, Design, CRM, and Insights/Analytics to execute integrated marketing strategies.
Strategic Execution : Collaborate with senior leaders in the Digital team to fulfill marketing strategy and goals, focusing on high-impact, high-ROI activities.
Agency Management : Oversee digital media agencies and media partners to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, optimizing channels and ensuring effective targeting, bidding, and lead generation tactics.
Performance Analysis : Research and analyze performance drivers to enhance future campaign profitability and growth, contributing to the achievement of KPIs, targets, and overall commercial goals.
Content creation : Oversee digital media agencies and media partners to plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, optimizing channels and ensuring effective targeting, bidding, and lead generation tactics.
Website management : manage the website and work with the appointed agencies to create this
App Management : understanding and evaluating user experience, setting kpis for the app and ensuring content is being produced and delivered to the users

About you

Experience : Proven track record in leading paid digital media teams in scale-ups or established web brands, particularly in luxury retail or hospitality sectors. Experience in growing user bases and successfully executing audience development strategies.
Expertise : In-depth knowledge of SEM, display, programmatic, integrated marketing campaigns, paid social media marketing, mobile marketing, branded video content, and online media research. Proficiency in managing digital media budgets.
Digital Savvy : Passionate about digital marketing technology and adept at learning and applying new digital marketing technologies
Analytical Skills : Strong ability to assess and distill metrics from digital initiatives, making them meaningful and actionable for multiple stakeholders.
Relationship Building : Proven success in working with cross-disciplinary groups within a global organization to deliver digital programs on time and within budget.
Tool Proficiency : Expert user of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Business Manager.
Communication : Strong data-driven communication and presentation skills.
Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing high-impact initiatives.
Growth Mindset : Rapid growth approach with a ‘move fast, test and learn’ mindset.
Creativity : Highly creative with a passion for the cultural landscape.
