£40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Are you a creative and strategic leader with a passion for the beauty industry? Do you excel in the digital landscape and love driving brand success through engaging social media campaigns? My client is looking for a Senior Social and Digital Brand Manager to join their fab team and elevate the brand to the next level!

What You'll Do:

Develop and execute innovative social media and digital strategies that align with our brand's vision and business goals.
Lead and develop a monthly social media calendar highlighting key product focuses in line with calendar events, NPD launches, Promotional drives etc.
Oversee the planning, creation, and execution of engaging content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and tone of voice.
Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and optimize campaigns, leveraging insights to drive engagement and growth.
End-to-end ownership of paid influencer collaborations, including, outreach, negotiation, briefing, asset delivery, caption approval and

posting/scheduling.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (brand marketing, product development, and PR) to integrate social and digital strategies into broader campaigns.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners to amplify brand presence and reach target audiences.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging platforms, identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, with a proven track record in the beauty industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking to drive strategic decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for storytelling and audience engagement.
Experience with influencer marketing and building strategic partnerships.
