We've partnered with fast-growing lifestyle brand Eleanor Bowmer, who are now looking to appoint a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and digital growth as the business enters its next phase of scale.

We're looking for a commercially minded, hands-on digital marketer who enjoys operating at both a strategic and executional level - owning performance marketing, driving customer growth and helping shape the wider digital strategy.

If you've built and scaled digital acquisition within an eCommerce or DTC brand and want genuine ownership inside a founder-led business, this could be the role for you.

Role Overview

As Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own digital acquisition across the business, leading both strategy and day-to-day execution across paid media and wider digital marketing channels.

This is a genuine ownership role where you'll be responsible for improving digital performance, increasing customer acquisition and helping shape how marketing operates as the business continues to scale.

Working closely with the Founder, Marketing Director and wider leadership team, you'll play a key role in building the digital growth engine of the business.

Main Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

• Own Paid Social strategy and execution across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and other key acquisition channels.

• Support Paid Search activity across Google Ads.

• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA and customer acquisition.

• Manage media budgets and allocate spend efficiently across channels.

Digital Growth

• Develop digital marketing strategies aligned with commercial objectives.

• Identify new acquisition opportunities and scalable growth channels.

• Support customer retention alongside CRM and wider marketing initiatives.

• Improve overall marketing performance through testing and experimentation.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Own campaign planning across product launches, seasonal trading and promotional activity.

• Work closely with Creative to develop high-performing digital assets.

• Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with wider commercial priorities.

Performance & Analytics

• Monitor channel performance across acquisition, conversion and revenue.

• Build reporting frameworks and deliver actionable commercial insights.

• Analyse customer behaviour and optimise future investment accordingly.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Ecommerce, Creative, Brand and Leadership teams.

• Manage relationships with external agencies and platform partners where required.

• Support and develop junior members of the marketing team.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong digital marketing background within eCommerce, retail or consumer brands.

• Proven experience delivering customer acquisition and revenue growth.

• Hands-on expertise across Paid Social (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest etc.).

• Good understanding of Paid Search.

• Commercial understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC and LTV.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics, Shopify and advertising platforms.

• Experience working alongside creative teams to improve campaign performance.

• Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Bonus if you have:

• Experience within a fast-growth DTC brand.

• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.

• Experience launching products or supporting major trading events.

• Familiarity with attribution and measurement platforms.
