What You'll Do
Principal Asset Management is seeking a

Senior Director, Global Institutional and EMEA Marketing

to join their London office on a permanent basis. This role offers an opportunity to lead a marketing team to execute marketing initiatives for our global institutional business and EMEA regional business.

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do:
Develop and drive the strategic direction of the institutional and local marketing team
Collaborate with leadership, distribution and the wider marketing teams
Build awareness of products and services through strategic communications
Partner to execute and prioritise strategic projects
Lead, develop and motivate a team of talented marketeers
Participate in the planning, prioritisation and execution of high level initiatives for the institutional marketing team

Who You Are
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
10 years’ experience in a financial services organisation in marketing or a related field
Be able to understand and drive the execution and delivery of marketing strategies through various distribution channels
Be able to build and maintain strong relationships
Skilled in problem solving, project management, decision making and communication
Be detailed-oriented, with excellent planning, delegation and time management skills

Location

Based in our London office. This role offers hybrid working, with three days a week in the office.
