Senior Director, Learning Solutions

We're looking for a Senior Director, Learning Solutions to join our client's growing team based two days per week in London. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the early stages of the learning solutions journey -from discovery and consulting through to solution design and project mobilisation.

• Lead the strategy and execution of client discovery, consulting, and learning solution design.
• Manage and develop a multidisciplinary team of learning specialists and project managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project mobilisation and delivery.
• Provide strategic oversight to ensure robust project governance and client satisfaction.
• Act as a senior liaison across the business, aligning client needs with internal capabilities.

• Proven experience in a senior L&D, consulting, or solution design role.
• Strong understanding of learning design, project management, and client engagement.
• A track record of leading teams and delivering complex, high-value projects.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with B2B clients, ideally in a regulated or professional services environment.

• Background in instructional design, learning architecture, or organisational development.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
• Experience in the financial services or education sectors.
