Senior Distribution Executive

Eames are partnering with a reputable insurer on the appointment of a Senior Distribution Analyst in their Distribution team. This role will be responsible for handling 2- 3 of the insurer's primary broking partnerships, as well as using advanced analytical skills to develop strategic reports, for example, around key broker performance.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Group Head of Distribution to create customised account plans and set goals for designated business partners
• Oversee daily coordination with Underwriting teams and partners to ensure deliverables are achieved or alternative plans are implemented
• Oversee facility tenders for designated clients and coordinate with all relevant stakeholders across the business to ensure the development of the strongest business case.

Required Experience:

• Must have the ability to produce accurate analytics/reports
• Demonstrated ability to maintain and build relationships (within Insurance)
• Advanced Excel skills
