Senior Dynamics Developer

Starrycare is seeking an experienced Senior Dynamics Developer to join its Digital Delivery team. The successful candidate will design, develop, configure, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Azure. You will work within a multidisciplinary Agile team, contribute to technical solutions, resolve system issues, and help deliver secure, scalable, and user-focused digital services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications.
  
• Configure and customise model-driven and canvas Power Apps.
  
• Develop Power Automate flows and integrations using Dataverse and other data sources.
  
• Develop integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus, and Azure Functions.
  
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application defects, incidents, and technical issues.
  
• Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
  
• Contribute to software architecture, technical strategy, and continuous improvement.
  
• Follow Agile, DevOps, testing, security, and software development best practices.
  
• Use Azure DevOps and source control tools as part of the development and deployment process.
  
• Apply appropriate information security controls and ensure solutions meet organisational standards.
  
• Share technical knowledge and provide guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
