Tradewind Recruitment Liverpool is expanding, and we're looking for experienced education recruitment consultants to join our growing team.

What we offer:

• £35,000-£60,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

• Uncapped commission from day one

• Super commission structure for top performers

• 35 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays (43 total days off)

• 4.5-hour working days during school holidays

What we're looking for:

• A minimum of 12 months' experience in education recruitment

• Proven billing success and market knowledge
