The Role You'll lead technical delivery on electrical design projects, working independently while mentoring engineers and ensuring high-quality, on-time, on-budget delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver complex electrical design solutions and technical documentation Lead technical reviews and support project planning Act as a key point of contact for customers and stakeholders Mentor junior engineers and support team development Ensure compliance with QMS, safety, and regulatory standards Identify cost savings and support commercial delivery Key Skills & Experience Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) 7+ years in engineering (Marine, Aerospace, Automotive, Energy or similar) Strong experience in: Electrical system design Schematic analysis Cable management & segregation Load calculations Tools: Siemens NX, FORAN, ShipConstructor, Windchill (desirable) Desirable Naval ship or marine cable network experience Why Apply?
