The role
A leading construction business is looking for a Senior Electrical Project Manager to take the lead on a major London fit-out project.
This is a senior position with genuine responsibility for the electrical package, from pre-construction through to completion and handover, working within a business that places a strong emphasis on sustainability, responsible construction and long-term project performance.
Responsibilities include
Take ownership of the electrical package across a major London fit-out project. Lead programme, procurement, design coordination, installation and commissioning. Manage electrical subcontractors, site teams and specialist suppliers. Work closely with the client, consultants and main contractor to drive the project forward. Manage costs, variations, forecasting and commercial performance. Ensure works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality. Support efficient and sustainable project delivery through responsible procurement and construction practices.We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager / Senior Electrical Project Manager who has delivered complex projects within the fit-out sector.
Ideally, you'll have:
Strong commercial fit-out experience - particularly CAT A, CAT B or high-spec interiors. Proven experience managing significant electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover. Strong commercial and programme management skills. Experience managing subcontractors and wider project teams. Confident client and consultant-facing communication. A track record of delivering projects safely, commercially and to programme.You'll have the seniority and autonomy to make a real impact on a major London project, while working for a business committed to high-quality, efficient and responsible construction.
