£60,000 - £70,000 + 20% Bonus + Car/Car Allowance (£5,200) + Excellent Pension

Are you a Senior Electrical Project Manager looking for the chance to take real ownership of complex 11kV distribution projects, while leading and developing Project Managers and Site teams within a market-leading utilities and infrastructure group?

Due to continued success and project demand, they are now looking to add an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to strengthen their delivery capability across Scotland.

In this role you will plan and deliver electrical projects from inception to close-out, managing resources, programmes, procurement and risk, while ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and quality standards.

You'll also provide technical guidance across electrical design, installation, testing, commissioning and handover, with a strong focus on client relationships and operational excellence.

This role would suit a Senior Electrical Project Manager with an 11kV distribution background (SAP / AP), looking to step into a leadership-led position offering genuine responsibility, the chance to mentor others, and long-term career development within a leading utilities partner.

The Role:

Permanent role, 40 hours per week for a large national utilities infrastructure business, covering a regional patch
Lead and deliver multiple electrical projects across Scotland from planning through to commissioning and handover
Build and manage programmes, resource plans, procurement and risk mitigation to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery
Lead, support and develop Project Managers, Site Managers and engineering teams
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, quality procedures and sustainability objectivesThe Person:

Senior Electrical Project Manager with significant experience delivering large-scale electrical projects
11kV distribution background (SAP or SAP in training / AP status) with switching under supervision (CIC COP Option 3/4)
Relevant electrical qualification (Degree / HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or similar preferred) and a strong working knowledge of UK regulations/standardsReference Number: BBBH(phone number removed)
