About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of mechanical building services projects across a diverse range of sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and commercially aware professional to manage projects valued at up to £4 million, with exciting upcoming opportunities involving projects worth up to £15 million.

Our projects span a variety of sectors, including education, retail, Ministry of Defence (MOD), leisure centres and local authority works.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing project delivery, managing client relationships, coordinating project teams and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical building services projects, from initial planning through to completion and handover.

* Oversee project programmes, budgets, costs and commercial performance.

* Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders.

* Ensure projects are delivered to the required quality, health and safety standards and specifications.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and project partners.

* Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement effective solutions.

* Manage procurement, resource allocation and project scheduling.

* Report regularly on project performance, financials and progress.

* Support the successful delivery of large-scale and complex mechanical projects across multiple sectors.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

* Proven experience managing Electrical building services projects.

* Experience delivering projects from inception through to completion.

* Strong commercial, financial and project management skills.

* The ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate project teams effectively.

* Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.

* A strong understanding of health and safety requirements and quality standards.

* The confidence to manage projects of significant value and complexity.

Salary and Benefits

* Salary: Up to £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

* Private healthcare.

* Pension: 4% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.

* Annual leave: 25 days' holiday.

* Performance-related bonus: Potential bonus of up to 20% of annual salary, subject to yearly company turnover and the applicable bonus structure.
