Salary Package: £40,000 plus company vehicle and car allowance

Are you a skilled electrical engineer ready to lead projects and mentor a growing team? An established and expanding property management and development company based in Tunbridge Wells is seeking a Senior Electrician to play a key role in delivering high-quality electrical solutions across a diverse UK property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage electrical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Accurately estimate and manage project costs, labour, and materials.
• Mentor junior electricians and ensure adherence to professional standards.
• Ensure full compliance with NAPIT regulations and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contractors.
• Take ownership of the electrical department’s delivery and performance.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with long-term solutions.
• Maintain detailed documentation including reports, schematics, and specifications.
• Line management duties and direct reporting to the Head of Division.
• Work across commercial and residential properties, with some travel required.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NAPIT accreditation (not expired).
• Fully qualified in electrical engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing electrical projects.
• Strong costing and budget management skills.
• Line management or leadership experience.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficiency with industry-standard software and tools.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and stay overnight when required.
