Job Description - Senior Embedded Software Engineer

Job Title: Senior Embedded Software Engineer
Location: Gloucester (On-Site Working)
Salary: Up to £85,000 (Depending on Experience)

Note: All applicants must be willing to work on-site and be eligible to obtain Security Clearance.

Position Overview: We are seeking developers with expertise in low-level and/or security-focused development to contribute to building complex embedded systems.

Required Experience:

5 to 10 years of proven experience in software engineering, with a focus on low-level or security-related development.
Significant experience with C++ & Embedded C.
A track record of successfully delivering projects across multiple platforms and solutions.
A broad understanding of security concepts.
Experience working across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

Be adaptable in programming languages and platforms, willing to learn new skills continuously.
Collaborate effectively within a team, sharing knowledge and mentoring both junior and senior colleagues.
Write clear, high-quality, reliable code and help others achieve the same standards.
Engage in research activities, exploring new possibilities and developing tools to leverage discoveries—playing a key role in innovation
