About the role
As a Senior Health & Protection Consultant, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing high-quality advice and proactive service across Healthcare and Protection benefits. You will be instrumental in delivering client account plans, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring profitable and sustainable client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Advise a portfolio of corporate clients on Healthcare and Protection benefits.

• Deliver consulting services in line with agreed client plans and service levels.

• Identify opportunities to expand services and develop new business.

• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

• Manage financial performance, including fee negotiation and commercial oversight.
