Senior Employee Relations Specialist – Southampton Law Firm

We are delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded Law Firm in Southampton to recruit a Senior Employee Relations Specialist on a long-term fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive HR team within a successful organisation known for its excellent reputation.

We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations professional from a professional services or legal background, who can confidently manage complex ER cases, provide expert advice to Managers, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practice. Strong stakeholder management, discretion, and professionalism are essential.

Key responsibilities:

* Managing complex ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence, and performance matters.

* Advising on employment legislation and HR policies.

* Partnering with Managers to resolve people issues and promote a positive employee experience.

* Supporting Trainees and managing leaver processes.
