The role will involve advising a broad range of clients on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. You’ll handle a diverse caseload including:

• Tribunal claims and advocacy
• Complex disciplinary and grievance issues
• TUPE matters
• Redundancy and restructures
• Restrictive covenants and confidentiality agreements
• Senior executive terminations and settlement agreements
• Discrimination claims

You’ll work with an impressive client base spanning SMEs, large corporates, and senior executives, offering real variety and intellectual challenge.
