Description

• Provide expert advice on employment tax matters, including PAYE, NIC, and benefits-in-kind compliance.
• Lead employment tax audits and reviews, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
• Develop and deliver tax planning strategies to optimise client outcomes.
• Manage relationships with HMRC on behalf of clients, addressing queries and resolving disputes.
• Support clients with IR35 and off-payroll working compliance.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to provide integrated tax solutions.
• Mentor and supervise junior team members, fostering professional growth.
• Stay updated on employment tax legislation and communicate key changes to clients and colleagues.

Profile

A successful Senior Employment Tax Manager should have:

• A professional qualification in tax or accountancy, such as CTA, ACA, or ACCA.
• Strong technical knowledge of employment tax regulations within the UK.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering tailored advice.
