Your Mission
Ben has a complex product and we are growing at pace; enablement of our growing teams will be critical to us achieving our mission and delivering value to our customers.
Our Senior Enablement Manager will help our sales and customer teams become subject-matter experts in our product and employee benefits, supporting quicker and more effective on-boarding and increased impact across teams.
We are looking for someone who can build and scale a highly effective enablement infrastructure at Ben and help to solve some key challenges as we scale. The role will involve designing targeted enablement programs and infrastructure, focusing on building detailed internal and external product knowledge, embedding of benefits expertise, creating understanding of Ben’s value chain and our operational processes. As well as specific enablement programmes, you will support establishing and maintaining a central knowledge hub, collaborating with teams across the business to build materials, address knowledge gaps, and maintain up to date resources.
Build strong relationships across Ben to define enablement priorities in line with our commercial strategy and company OKRs
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific training and development requirements for different teams, building a modular “Ben University” program for new hire ramp and internal team promotions
Continually develop and maintain an enablement curriculum and associated resources to support our evolving product, changes to product positioning, and updates within the employee benefits landscape
Work with subject-matter experts to design, implement, and maintain a centralised knowledge and content hub, working with our technical teams to make it accessible and easy to navigate on a self-serve basis
Create key enablement materials (e.g, Slides & Other Assets) for functional SMEs and program delivery
Deliver experiential training programs and curate training alongside internal SMEs, culminating in certifications to address key areas (e.g., Product Demo, Discovery, Benefits, Executive Business Review, etc..)
Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs
Gather feedback from sales and customer teams and incorporate it into enablement strategies
Essentials:
Proven senior experience in an enablement role, including building and delivering onboarding and continuous training programmes from scratch
You will be comfortable in a greenfield and scaling enablement environment without established frameworks and processes in place
You can understand business needs and what’s urgent, able to deliver quick wins as well as longer term enablement solutions
You’ve facilitated both commercial and technical enablement sessions, have strong instructional design skills, and you’ve delivered training programs to groups of 10+ learners
You collaborate effectively cross-functionally with all teams and various stakeholders across commercial, customer, and product functions
You are diligent in project management and extremely organised, able to meet deadlines at pace and prioritise effectively
You have engaging written and verbal communication skills, including being able to break down complex topics to digestible, actionable, and engaging learning resources
Strong Plus:
Ideally you’ll have experience within hrtech or a benefits solution, but if not, you’ll have the ability to tackle ambiguity and understand problems you’ve not faced before
Experience in a customer facing role for any period of time considered an asset
A strong understanding of the sales and customer-facing environment, including sales and customer content, tools, and processes
Experience with our tech stack including Hubspot, Notion, Gong, Pitch and sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
