We are seeking an experienced Senior Engagement Manager to drive business development and lead strategic client engagements across the UK insurance market.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven leader with strong insurance sector relationships and expertise in Data, Analytics and AI to grow accounts, win new business and shape innovative, AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities:
* Drive new business development, revenue growth and strategic account expansion.
* Build senior relationships across insurers, brokers and the London insurance market.
* Lead bids, proposals, solution design and commercial negotiations.
* Shape Data, Analytics, GenAI and AI/ML solutions for insurance clients.
* Oversee large-scale transformation programmes and global delivery teams.

Skills and Experience:
* 15 years' experience in consulting, technology services or analytics.
* Proven track record of winning business and growing Tier 1 insurance accounts.
* Strong UK insurance market knowledge across General Insurance / Specialty / London
Market or Life.
* Experience selling or delivering Data, Analytics, AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
* Strong understanding of cloud data platforms, data governance and modernisation.
* Excellent commercial, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
