A major UK contractor is delivering a large, multi-phase redevelopment in West London, including demolition, remediation, heavy utilities and the build-out of new large-scale facilities. It’s the kind of project where your engineering input genuinely shapes the outcome. You’ll take ownership of engineering delivery for allocated packages, supporting construction teams day-to-day, resolving technical issues, coordinating temporary works, managing RFIs and making sure the job is built right first time. If you like being close to the work, keeping the technical side sharp and driving productivity, you’ll enjoy this role. YOUR NEW ROLE Daily engineering support to site teams Workface planning, sequencing and readiness Managing technical queries, RFIs and temporary works interfaces Implementing inspection and testing requirements Maintaining accurate engineering records and documentation ABOUT YOU Engineering experience on major construction or infrastructure projects Strong understanding of construction methodology and sequencing Temporary works awareness Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering CSCS Manager Card Data centre experience is a bonus, not a requirement SALARY AND BENEFITS £68,000 - £75,000 Car allowance Generous pension EV scheme BUPA healthcare 25 days holiday and Bank Holidays and Birthday Off Reference Number: 11SE To be considered for this position or other opportunities, contact Tash Johnson at Equal Resourcing Ltd or click "Apply Now."
