Senior Engineer

Apex Resources Limited are on the lookout for 4 Senior Engineers in Coventry, CV7.

Duties: Lead and supervise engineering activities on HS2 projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.Review drawings, technical information and method statements, providing engineering guidance to site teams and subcontractors. Coordinate with project managers, designers and contractors to resolve technical issues and maintain programme progress. Monitor quality, health & safety and compliance requirements, while maintaining accurate site records and engineering documentation.

Start Date: 19th October

Contract Rate: Negotiable dependant on tickets and experience

Duration: 6 months - 1 year

Requirements: 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably on major infrastructure or rail projects. Strong knowledge of UK construction standards, CDM, health and safety, quality control and site procedures, along with experience in managing subcontractors, reviewing technical drawings, resolving engineering issues and coordinating site activities. Valid CSCS card and appropriate site safety qualifications such as SMSTS would also be advantageous. Strong leadership, communication, planning and problem-solving skills are essential.
