Analyst & Senior Analyst - Enterprise Risk (Operational Risk Focus) - London

Salary Bandings (London)

• Analyst: £50,000-£60,000 per annum

• Senior Analyst: £80,000-£90,000 per annum

About the Roles

The firm is seeking both an Analyst and a Senior Analyst to support and enhance its operational risk management capabilities. The Analyst will be responsible for assisting with risk assessments, control monitoring, and reporting, and is ideally suited to candidates with 2-3 years' experience in risk, internal audit, or related fields. The Senior Analyst will take a more strategic role, leading elements of the risk framework, providing guidance on best practices, and supporting senior management with insightful risk analysis. This position is best matched to those with 5-10 years' experience and a proven track record in operational risk.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidates will have a background in accountancy, risk management, or consultancy, with experience from a Big 4 or similar environment considered a strong advantage. Personality and gravitas are highly valued, as you will be expected to communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and present confidently to stakeholders at all levels. The firm is looking for individuals who are proactive, collaborative, and able to navigate a fast-paced and sometimes complex environment.
