Specialist qualifications are not essential — strong performance horse and racehorse experience is key.

The Role

• Senior clinical and leadership position within a high-profile equine setting

• Working with elite performance and racehorses

• Mentoring, coaching, and supporting junior and developing veterinarians

• Collaborating within a multidisciplinary, high-performance team

• Contributing to clinical standards, best practice, and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

• Extensive experience in performance horse / racehorse medicine

• Proven leadership, mentoring, and communication skills

• Previous experience in a senior, supervisory, or team-leading role

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment

• Eligibility (or ability to obtain eligibility) for veterinary registration in Hong Kong
