Location: Kensington

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 am - 6 pm (1 in 2 Saturdays 10 am - 5 pm)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE), enhanced commission scheme, OTE £55k - £60k

SWEstates.co.uk, a growing independent estate agency, is looking for a driven, experienced property professional to lead lead-generation and valuations across Central and South West London.

This is a high-impact role for someone who’s ready to earn well, work smart, and play a key role in our expansion.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Senior Canvasser, you’ll lead front-line efforts to bring in new instructions and high-quality valuation leads. Your day-to-day will include:

• Carrying out accurate valuations for sales and lettings
• Offering expert market advice to clients on price, trends, and strategy
• Confident with both phone and door-to-door outreach
• Booking and attending appraisals across our London patch
• Building trusted relationships with landlords, vendors, and potential clients
• Keeping detailed logs of lead generation activity and area coverage
• Driving new business opportunities and contributing to agency growth

You'll work with a high degree of autonomy, backed by all the tools you need (CRM, marketing materials, mapped areas, admin support).

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years experience in estate agency canvassing or valuations
• Track record of securing instructions and delivering results
• Confident with both phone and door-to-door outreach
• Strong grasp of the Central or SW London property market
• Excellent people skills and a professional approach
• Self-motivated, highly organised, and target-driven
• A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
