As they continue to grow, they are seeking a highly experienced Senior Estimator to join the team and play a pivotal role in project planning and tendering processes.

Opportunity:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects from initial concept through to final tender submission.
• Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive take-offs and estimates.
• Work closely with the pre-construction, engineering, procurement, and project teams to understand scope and risk.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate and competitive quotes.
• Present estimates and risk assessments to senior management and clients.

Personal Profile:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in estimating.
• Proven track record of successfully bidding on and winning medium to large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of industry pricing, materials, and construction methods.
