A friendly, well-established contractor based in Reading is looking to appoint a Senior Estimator to support their continued growth. With a healthy pipeline of negotiated work and projects typically between £5m and £20m, this is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing business that offers long-term prospects and flexible working.

The Role:

• Full cradle-to-grave estimating responsibility

• Working closely with Directors and project teams

• Primarily office-based (Reading), with hybrid working available

• Flexible approach to work and autonomy in the role

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar Estimating role

• Main contracting background ideally in the £5m-£20m project range

• Experience across education, care, or commercial sectors preferred

• Proficient in Excel and general IT; no specialist estimating software required

• Based within commuting distance of Reading
