The opportunity
The company are recruiting for a Senior Estimator to join/lead the Southern team, particularly focused in London and reporting to the Head of Preconstruction / Snr Preconstruction Manager. With a diverse portfolio of projects shortly coming online, we are looking for an individual who has passion for estimating & preconstruction activities whilst also being able to work as part of a close\-knit team. As Snr. Estimator, youâll be responsible for producing estimates from BQâs and Drawings & Specifications, under both traditional and design & build contracts.
Working for a diverse client base and frameworks you will be involved in contract values ranging from £1m â £20m within a mixture of both construction & refurbishment schemes. Building strong relationships and working client facing within collaborative public framework environments in which we operate is essential.
