The Role: As a Senior Estimator, you will be a key part of the pre-construction team, responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders for refurbishment projects. This role offers a mix of office-based work in Brentwood with some flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities: Preparing cost estimates for Decent Homes and Retrofit projects Managing the tender process from initial enquiry through to submission Engaging with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive quotations Assessing risks and opportunities within each bid Working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery What They’re Looking For: Proven experience as an Estimator within a main contractor environment Strong knowledge of Decent Homes, Planned Maintenance, and Retrofit projects Ability to price projects up to £5 million Excellent negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in estimating software and Excel A team player with a keen eye for detail What’s on Offer?
