Are you an Estimator with experience delivering projects through DfE, MoD or other public sector frameworks?

We're working with a leading Tier 1 contractor looking to strengthen their pre-construction team due to a strong pipeline of secured work across education, defence and public sector projects.

The Role

As Estimator, you'll be responsible for preparing competitive tenders and cost plans for projects procured through framework agreements and two-stage tender processes.

You'll work closely with the wider pre-construction team, helping to secure and deliver high-profile projects from early engagement through to contract award.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions

* Manage two-stage tendering and PCSA processes

* Review drawings, specifications and project documentation

* Liaise with subcontractors and supply chain partners

* Support value engineering and cost planning exercises

* Collaborate with design, commercial and operational teams

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction industry

* Experience working on DfE, MoD, DIO or other public sector frameworks

* Strong understanding of two-stage tendering and pre-construction processes

* Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously

* Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
