Role Description
The senior Estimator will be responsible for analysing project specifications, reviewing detailed architectural, structural and consultant drawings and specifications to enable them to compile a comprehensive quotation for the building façade. The role would also require occasional site visits, collaboration with clients, supply chain and team members throughout the estimating process.

Standard Working hours 8am – 4.30pm Monday Friday

Qualifications
5 years + working within the curtain wall industry
Experience in estimating curtain walling - Full facades would be advantageous
Strong knowledge of technical and commercial aspects of façade contracting
Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and specifications
Ability to read and interpret thermal, acoustic and photometric data
Understanding of fire strategy and fire stopping requirements
Ability to use Logikal
Use of basic software tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong attention to detail Remuneration
