Description
Research the market and spot industry trends to curate and plan a unique, relevant content programme for events Speaker acquisition, including negotiating speaker contracts to adhere to budgets, across consumer stages and B2B content. Liaise with the marketing team to ensure agendas go live in a timely fashion and to create a joined-up approach to the marketing effort. Work with Event Managers/Directors and sales teams to ensure content timelines fit within the project flow. Attend events, manage stages and speakers on-site, and monitor and review sessions for quality control. Design and create on-site materials, such as holding slides and agendas. Deliver pre-show speaker briefings and documentation. Maintain events' speaker databases and other relevant administrative tasks. Manage website speaker content, including profiles and agendas.

Job Offer
Salary c.£35,000 plus benefits Hybrid working 3 days a week in Surrey Only candidates based in UK and eligible to work in UK are allowed
