The Role

Due to continued growth there is now an opportunity for a Senior Event Producer to come on board and take a pivotal role in the delivery of projects across a number of accounts. Responsibilities include:

• Managing large scale complex projects
• Working closely with internal teams including creative and production
• Taking accountability for all aspects of project delivery
• Client management
• Creating and communicating project timelines
• Supplier management, engagement and negotiation
• Managing and aligning appropriate resource across projects
• Budget management including being accountable for profitability on projects

The Candidate

To be considered for this Senior Event Producer role candidates must have a proven background of managing large scale, logistically complex events ideally from an agency or corporate environment. Managing budgets in excess of £1m is a must, as is experience of leading large project teams across multiple disciplines. Extensive experience in all elements of live event production is key and candidates must have strong client facing skills coupled with the ability to work closely with internal teams. Candidates will be working an Event Producer or Senior Event Producer level currently and experience in managing live productions, such as large-scale conferences, exhibitions and expo’s, keynote auditorium productions, and awards ceremonies would be preferred.
