Senior Event Production Manager

The Role

As Event Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading the production of global event experiences in particular their portfolio of immersive light trails. Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the strategic global development of the event programme
• Leading relationships with global locations
• Navigating individual requirements across each location – permits, compliance, etc.
• Sourcing suitable event locations
• Managing event production processes from concept to delivery
• Working closely with creative, operations and technical teams
• Collaborating with regional teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Leading project budgets including cost controls
• Managing onsite installation and delivery

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will hold solid experience in end-to-end project delivery across immersive, theatrical, festival, experiential or attraction style event projects. Knowledge of technical and build production would be incredibly beneficial as would an understanding of delivering events across global market.
