BENEFITS FOR Senior Event Sales Executive Competitive Salary Immediate enrolment onto commission plan 30 holidays per year (inclusive of UK Bank Holidays and Religious/Faith Holidays) On-site free parking Enrollment into rewards and benefits platform upon completion of 1st year service Health care plan provided after 3 years service EXPECTATIONS OF THE ROLE Lead and manage the event sales team deliver exceptional and unique eventa Bi-Weekly Team coaching and training to continually deliver standards for the business Manage execution of the business event standards and processes Maintain updates from venues and suppliers as require Manage sales pipeline and support the team with conversion Work closely with CEO and Director on business strategies and demand Proactively sell, manage and deliver successful, premium events Daily management of call log/emails and telephone enquiries Ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner Negotiation and Budget handling for customer events Deliver professional client proposals, contracts and other formal written documentation through the customer journey Timely client follow ups to close the sale Management of pre-event phase and all event planning for client events, includes menu tasting Accurate handover of file to operations for event delivery Accuracy of client proforma and timely billing scheduling Manage relationships with venues and suppliers Liaise with operational team members where required Administrative support as and when required Innovate solutions to changes in market, industry and customer needs Adhere to Greenleaf standards and procedures Conduct post event follow up on all events To lead and participate within weekly team meetings and briefings. To lead and participate in sales focused events as required including but not limited to exhibitions, wedding shows, FAM trips, these may fall outside of normal business hours.
