We are recruiting a
Senior Events Chef de Partie | £32k per annum.
45 hour week, Monday
Friday, with the occasional weekend shifts. Variable shift patterns.
A busy events kitchen preparing high quality food for multiple events.
Main duties:
Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes according to our recipes and standards.
Execute cooking techniques with precision, ensuring that all dishes are cooked to perfection and presented attractively.
Support your colleagues to ensure timely and efficient service.
Contribute to menu development by suggesting new dishes.
Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service. Communicate effectively and maintain a positive work environment to foster teamwork.
Adhere to Company food hygiene and safety policies.
Assist the Head chef with stock takes & food ordering as required.
About You
Minimum 2 years experience in a high-end, high volume events or restaurant.
Demonstrable craft skills across all sections of the kitchen
Impeccable attention to detail.
Familiar with using fresh seasonal ingredients.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen.
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Motivated, committed, and flexible.
