  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met

  • Oversee all aspects of event planning, including logistics, content development, and on-site delivery

  • Coordinate speaker management and programme delivery, ensuring engaging and high-quality content

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns across digital and print

  • Manage delegate registration journeys, including session selection and accessibility requirements

  • Chair client meetings, providing clear direction and proactively managing risks and challenges

  • Produce high-quality briefing materials, reports, and post-event analysis

  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, driving continuous improvement across events

  • Take ownership of event budgets, ensuring financial control and value for money

  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to junior team members

  • Attend events as required, including occasional evenings and weekends

About You

  • Proven track record of delivering complex, high-value events from concept to completion

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workstreams

  • Experience managing budgets and working with external suppliers and partners

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence working at senior levels

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused

  • Experience analysing event performance data and reporting against KPIs

  • Comfortable mentoring and supporting junior colleagues

  • Experience working on government or public sector events is highly desirable

Benefits

  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

  • Cycle to Work scheme

  • Life assurance of 4x salary

  • Season Ticket Loan
