This role will play a key role in supporting leadership activity, business priorities and cross-functional initiatives. This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days look the same. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and alongside Executive support to help drive alignment, coordination and progress across the business.

It’s an ideal opportunity for a very experienced PA/EA who is looking to broaden their scope, gain greater exposure to strategic activity and make a tangible impact at the heart of the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a central part of the Executive Office, your role will be hands-on and dynamic, including:

  • Supporting the coordination of leadership priorities, meetings and key business activities
  • Managing and aligning schedules, engagements and internal interactions to ensure focus on key business priorities
  • Preparing high-quality briefing materials, presentations and reports for leadership meetings and strategic forums
  • Tracking progress against key initiatives, ensuring actions are followed up and delivered across teams
  • Supporting the organisation of leadership meetings, including agenda planning and action tracking
  • Acting as a central point of coordination across departments on key topics requiring senior visibility
  • Supporting the delivery of cross-functional projects and business initiatives
  • Monitoring updates across the business and providing clear summaries and insights where required
  • Assisting with internal communications and leadership updates
  • Coordinating leadership sessions, strategy meetings and off-site events
  • Bringing structure and organisation to priorities to ensure clarity, accountability and progress

What We Look For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment and enjoys working at the centre of business activity. You’ll be confident managing multiple priorities while building strong relationships across teams.

You’ll bring:

  • Experience as a Senior Executive Assistant or very experienced Personal Assistant supporting board members
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in preparing professional materials
  • A high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple workstreams
  • The ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs
  • Confidence working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
