They are looking to appoint a Practice Director/Partner as well further Exec Search Consultants within their Industry/Infrastructure sector; to deliver the world class end-to-end search process to their clients globally within energy, defence and transport. 

Our client is looking for those who have a passion and desire to offer the highest level of service, alongside winning their own work currently at £150k+ on a full time search basis; within the Industry/ Infrastructure sector.

This position would allow you to leverage your skills in Exec Search, focusing on strategic initiatives and leading project that drive growth. It's an exciting chance to take on a leadership role, while applying your expertise in a dynamic environment.  

Our client is looking for someone who has a passion for industry & infrastructure recruitment; alongside the desire to offer the highest level of service. You will have a track record of winning and delivering exec search mandates, ideally within the energy sector and be capable of winning work at base salary levels of £150k+ on a full search basis.
