Senior Export Coordinator

Noble Recruiting are currently recruiting a confident and experienced Senior Export Operator to join our friendly and proactive Client in Basildon, Essex.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

You will be taking a supervisory position over the existing Export and Cross Trade Team.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage the team processes and ensure the department runs to the required weekly deadlines.
• Handle the non-aligned global forwarding cargo movements (FCL & LCL).
• Oversee the core export consolidations.
• Manage the profit and loss for the department.
• Be the liaison point for the Warehouse manager and the Import department.

Ideal candidate will have:

• Prior experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping Environment.
• Good level of computer literacy.
• Export Experience required.
• Experience within Cross Trade.
• Assertive, able to motivate team members
• Able to communicate in a clear, concise, and logical manner both verbally and written.
• Be able to organise and multi-task.
• Very Organised with willingness to take responsibility for own workload
• Driver with own transport is desirable.
• UK resident and the right to work in the UK.
